In order to verify the Server Certificate, the scanner obtains the time from the computer/mobile device that is running ScanSnap Manager/ScanSnap Connect Application. Thus, if the time of the computer/mobile device is incorrect, error may occur when verifying the expiration date for the Server Certificate.
When your scanner cannot be connected to the access point, ensure the followings are completed before switching on the scanner again:
- ScanSnap Manager is installed
- The scanner is connected via a USB cable to the computer where the time is correct
