Scanning speeds may become slower than specified speeds when the scanner is being used in operating environments other than those it was recommended for. Please make sure that you are using a PC that meets the system requirements. For details of the system requirements, refer to the Operator's Guide or Getting Started.
Please note that scanning speeds may drop, even when using the ScanSnap in environments that meet ScanSnap system requirements, because starting up ScanSnap linked software may require a little time.
- When starting up the operating system
- Immediately after turning on the power
- When CPU load is high, e.g. simultaneously running many types of software.
