Although the scanner products are rebranded as Ricoh, some RICOH scanners keep using FUJITSU as the Manufacturer ID to ensure compatibility. For this reason, Fujitsu is indicated as the manufacturer when device details are displayed by OS, but there is no problem with the operation.
To use both FUJITSU and RICOH ScanSnap model together, please use the latest version of ScanSnap Home.
