(Update March 27, 2025)
The following problems have been resolved since ScanSnap Home 2.23.1
- ScanSnap Home will not start.
- ScanSnap Home stops responding when trying to display the preferences.
- Scanned data do not appear properly on the Main window of ScanSnap Home.
- The [Scan] button does not work.
- A scan fails with the error message “An error occurred while processing the images.”
Remaining Problem
- A scanner cannot be connected to the computer via Wi-Fi.
Please follow the steps below to solve the problem.
Steps
- Open [System settings].
- Click [Privacy & Security].
- Click [Local Network].
- Enable all the items related to ScanSnap Home.
Note: When [Local Network] shows any other applications related to ScanSnap Home than [ScanSnap Home (Scan)], enable them all. - Close the window.
- Restart the computer.
- Start ScanSnap Home to confirm ScanSnap Home works properly.
