As of ScanSnap Home 3.1.1, the following problem has been detected.
Unable to establish a Wi-Fi connection between ScanSnap iX2500 and a computer by using Bluetooth. The following error message appears.
Workaround
Please use either of the following methods.
- Connect your iX2500 to the wireless access point from the touch panel.
[HELP] - Connect your iX2500 and a computer with a USB cable and use ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool.
