The following documents may be detected as blank pages when the [Blank page removal] option is selected:
- White documents that have only a small number of characters.
- Solid-colored documents other than white (including black).
When scanning the above types of documents, check the scanned image and compare it with the original document.

If any page is deleted incorrectly, clear the [Blank page removal] checkbox in the [Scan] dialog box.

Start ScanSnap Home

Click the blue [Open scan windows] button in the upper left corner of
the window.

In the [ScanSnap Home - Scan] window, click the [Edit profiles] icon
in the upper right corner.

in the [Scan settings] section.

Click the [Scan] tab and clear the [Blank page removal] checkbox.
