If either of the following applies, download and run the uninstall tool “SSHomeClean.exe.”

- ScanSnap Home or ScanSnap Manager still appear in the list of installed applications even after you have uninstalled the app from Control Panel or by another method.
- During installation of ScanSnap Home, a message appears saying the ScanSnap application has not been completely uninstalled.

- Download “SSHomeClean.exe”, then start it by selecting [Open file] or by opening “SSHomeClean.exe” from your Downloads folder.
- Select the installation entries that start with “ScanSnap”, and delete them all of them using the [Remove] button. You cannot remove multiple items at the same time, so delete them one by one.

Each time you delete installation information, the message “Successfully removed.” appears. Click the [OK] button.

Delete all items, then click the [Close] button.
- Make sure to restart the computer instead of shutting it down.
