Can I output data from multiple business cards scanned with the ScanSnap in CSV format?

You can select data on multiple business cards in the main window of ScanSnap Home and output them in CSV format. Select the business card data you want to be output, then perform the following procedure:

Windows

1. In the menu that appears when you right-click the data, select [Output the file] → [Output business card information] → [CSV.(Comma delimited) (*.csv)].
2. Save the business card data in the [Save business card information] window.

Mac OS

1. In the menu that appears when you click the data while pressing the [control] key on the keyboard, select [Export] → [Output business card information] → [CSV.(Comma delimited) (*.csv)].
2. In the window for saving business card data, specify the save destination and file name, then click the [Save] button.
