Even if ScanSnap Cloud failed to upload your scanned data to the selected cloud service, it keeps the scanned data for two weeks. Please follow the steps below to resend the scanned image to the cloud service within two weeks.
Alternatively, download the images within two weeks.

- Start up ScanSnap Home to display the main window.
Windows:
Click Windows [Start] menu - [ScanSnap] -[ScanSnap Home].macOS:
Click Finder in the Dock to display the application list, then click the [ScanSnap Home] icon from the list.
- Click the [ScanSnap Cloud] button on the toolbar in the main window. (Figure 1 - [1])
- Click [Failed to send] in the folder list view. (Figure 1 - [2])
- Click the image to resave it in the content data record list view. (Figure 1 - [3])
*To download an image, right-click the image and select [Save the image].
- Check the cause of the error and deal with the problem. (Figure 1 - [4])

- Click [Retry] in the content data record view. (Figure 1 - [5])
- Make sure that the image is saved to the linked cloud service.
◆ When Using ScanSnap Cloud (Android/iOS) (with a Mobile Device)

- Start up the ScanSnap Cloud application, then tap [Scanning error list] from the [≡] menu in the upper-left corner of the screen to display the error list screen. ([1] and [2] shown below)
- Tap the image with the save error to display the preview screen. ([3] shown below)
- Check the cause of the error displayed in the preview screen and deal with the problem. ([4] shown below)

*To download the image, close the error information displayed in the preview screen and tap the share icon ( for iOS/ for Android).
- Tap the image with the save error again to display the preview screen.
- Click the [Save again] button.
- Make sure that the image is saved to the linked cloud service.
