There is no upper limit on the amount of data that can be uploaded to ScanSnap Cloud.
However, depending on the contract you have with the cloud service linked to ScanSnap Cloud, the amount of data that can be uploaded may be limited.
[Note]
- ScanSnap Cloud is not intended to save data over a long period of time.
Your data will be saved in ScanSnap Cloud for up to two weeks. After two weeks have elapsed, your data will be deleted.
Data whose document type was incorrectly detected can be retransferred as data with the correct data type and data that failed to be saved can be resaved (saving can be retried) within two weeks after scanning.
Make sure that your data has been saved to your chosen cloud service by that time. - When using ScanSnap Cloud for the first time, you will need to configure the settings on a computer or mobile device.
