[Data Storage Limits]
There is no upper limit on the amount of data that can be uploaded to ScanSnap Cloud.
However, the amount of data you can upload may be limited by your contract with the cloud service linked to ScanSnap Cloud.
[Data Retention Period]
Data stored in ScanSnap Cloud is retained for up to two weeks (14 days).
After this period, the data is automatically deleted, so please make sure that your data has been saved to your selected cloud service within this time.
Within the two-week period, you can re-transfer data if the document type was incorrectly detected, or retry saving data whose transfer failed. Data that has been successfully saved to your selected cloud service will remain even after the two-week period has passed.
