This may occur if communication information between the scanner and the ScanSnap Cloud service is lost for some reason or if communication was disconnected.
Check the following:

- Close the cover of the scanner to turn it off.
- When the ScanSnap is connected to a power cable, unplug the power cable from the AC outlet.
- After waiting for about 10 seconds, plug the power cable back into the AC outlet.
For the ScanSnap iX100, after waiting for about 5 seconds, open the feed guide at the front of the ScanSnap to turn it on again. - Turns on the ScanSnap.
By turning the power on again, a recovery process is performed to save the data that was being scanned to the save destination service.
If the problem still persists after completing the above procedure, check the status of your network or wireless router.

* When you insert a document into the manual feeder at the front of the ScanSnap to perform a scan on ScanSnap iX1300, please press the [Scan] button again to finish scanning after the document is fed.
