[iX1300] When scanning via ScanSnap Cloud, the [Scan] button keeps flashing and the data is not saved to the specified cloud service.

When you insert a document into the manual feeder at the front of the ScanSnap to perform a scan, you need to press the [Scan] button again to finish scanning after the document is fed.

[Supplementary Information]
  • If the [Scan] button on the ScanSnap iX1300 is not pressed, the scanner will wait for the next document to be scanned and cause the [Scan] button to flash. Pressing the [Scan] button again and finishing scanning saves the data.
  • When you insert a document into the manual feeder at the front of the ScanSnap to perform a scan, it is fed into the ScanSnap and ejected towards you from the same manual feeder.
  • When you load a document in the ADF paper chute (cover) on the ScanSnap and start scanning the document, this operation is not necessary.
