Yes. You can specify a file name and save destination folder after a scan by using the [Scan to Folder] profile.
Select your operating system and follow the instructions.

- Click Windows [Start] menu > [ScanSnap] > [ScanSnap Home]. The main window of ScanSnap Home appears.
- Click the [Scan] button in the upper left of the main window.
The [ScanSnap Home - Scan] window appears.
- Select the [Scan to Folder] icon from the profile list.
- Click the [Scan] button to scan the document.
Note: If you are using an iX1600/iX1500, you can start scanning by tapping the [Scan to Folder] icon on the touch screen of the ScanSnap and pressing the [Scan] button.
- The [Scan to Folder] window appears after scanning. You can change the file name or the save destination on this window.
You can change the file name with [Specify a title].
You can change the save destination by clicking the [Browse...] button for [Specify destination folder], selecting the desired save destination, and then clicking the [Select Folder] button.
- Click the [Save] button in the lower right of the [Scan to Folder] window. The images created from the document that you scanned are saved in the folder that you specified.
Note: When you specify a folder that is managed in ScanSnap Home for the save destination, the saved image can be checked in the content data record list view in the main window of ScanSnap Home.
