Check the Windows Startup programs and if the status of Scan ScanSnap Home is [Enabled], ScanSnap Home will run and the icon will appear in the notification area of the taskbar as soon as a computer starts up, enabling you to scan.
If the status is [Disabled], change to [Enabled].

- Click the Windows [Start] button.
- Click the icon.
- Click [Apps] in the left menu.
- Click [Startup] in the right menu.
- Confirm that the status of [ScanSnap Home].
- If the status of [ScanSnap Home] is "Off", change it to "On".
- Check [Status] of the following items as well.
If the status is displayed as "Off", change it to "On" in the same way as in step 5.

- ScanSnap WIA Service Checker
- ScanSnap Home will start up automatically from the next time Windows starts and the ScanSnap Home icon will be displayed in the notification area of the taskbar.
- Click the Windows [Start] button.
- Click the icon.
- Click [Apps].

- Confirm that the status of "Pfu.ScanSnap Home.SshCloudMonitor".
- If the status of "Pfu.ScanSnap Home.SshCloudMonitor" is "Off", change it to "On".
