Multiple receipts can be saved as a single PDF file by changing the [PDF page split] setting in ScanSnap Home according to the following procedure.

ScanSnap Home for Windows is used in the following screen examples. The same procedure can be used for macOS.

- Start ScanSnap Home .
Note: For details, refer to “How can I start up ScanSnap Home?”.
- Click the [Scan] button of the window to display the [ScanSnap Home - Scan] window.
- Click the [Edit profiles] button of the window to display the [Edit profiles] window.
- Select a profile for receipts from the profile list at the top of the window.
Note: Select the [Receipts] profile as an example.
- Make sure that [PDF(*.pdf)] is selected for [File format].
Click the [Option] button to display the [PDF file option] window.
- Select [Create a single PDF file from all sheets] for [PDF page split], and then click the [OK] button.
- Click the [Save] button.
- Select the profile with changed settings and scan multiple receipts at a batch.
Make sure the receipts are saved as a single PDF file.
