When your mobile device and the ScanSnap iX100 are connected via Wi-Fi, the battery icon appears in the ScanSnap Home window, allowing you to check the remaining battery power.
If the ScanSnap iX100 is not connected to an access point, connect it directly to your mobile device to check the remaining battery power.

- Tap the menu button (hamburger icon ) located at the upper left corner of ScanSnap Home for iOS/Android.
- Tap [Scanner].
- From the list of the ScanSnap units that have been connected, tap the [iX100-XXX] button for the scanner you want to connect to.
- Check the remaining battery power.
