You can change the method for displaying profiles in the touch panel settings.
Check [Preparation] and [Procedure] below.
[Preparation]
- Update the firmware of your ScanSnap to the latest version.

- Update ScanSnap Home to the latest version.
For details about the update procedure, refer to here.
- Tap the gear icon
in the upper right corner of the touch panel. Select [Access point connection] or [Direct connection] on the [Wi-Fi settings] - [Wi-Fi connect mode] screen that appears and configure the settings.
[Procedure]
- Tap the gear icon
to open the [Settings] screen.
- Tap [Scanner settings].
- Tap [Display of profiles].
- Tap [All users].
- Select [Selected user].
- Tap the home icon.
- When the following message appears, tap [Yes].
Note: The profile list on the touch panel and the history records of computers that have been connected to ScanSnap will be initialized.
- Connect a computer to the ScanSnap.
- The touch panel shows only the profiles that are currently displayed in ScanSnap Home on the connected computer.
- By connecting ScanSnap to multiple computers, a user icon appears in the upper left corner of the touch panel. Tap the icon to display the [Selecting a User] window. You can select a user name to change the computer you want to connect to.
