You can change the file name settings using the following procedure:
Note: The following procedure describes the steps for Windows, but you can use the same steps for Mac.

- Start ScanSnap Home.

- Click the [Scan] button.
- Click
.
- Select the profile you wish to change and click the [Detailed settings] button.
Note: Select the [Scan to Folder] profile as an example.
- Click the [Title] tab.
- You can change the settings for file names.
Note:
- [Title is generated automatically] will extract the title and date from the document and automatically generate a title. There is no function to specify which part of the document will be used as the title.
- If you select [Use scanned date instead] or [Use scanned date], specify the desired format for [Date format].
