“ScanSnap Home for Windows/Mac” has a function that automatically generates a title from the characters contained in the document.
For business cards or receipts, you can specify the item you want to use for the title. For details, refer to the following [Procedure]:

Note: The "title" is displayed after step 5, but it may also be displayed as "file name".
- Start ScanSnap Home

- Click the [Scan] button.
- Select a profile and click

Note: Select [Business Cards] as an example.
- Click the [Detailed settings] button.
- Click the [Title] tab.
- Select the [Title is generated automatically] checkbox and click the [Option] button.
- Set the item you want to extract as the title.
- After setting, click the [OK] button.
Note: Set [Company] and [Phone number] as an example.
- Confirm that the items you set are displayed, then click the [OK] button.
- Click the [Save] button.
Scan your business card and confirm that the items you set are saved as the title (file name).
