How can I connect iX1600/iX1500 to my computer or mobile device by direct connection?

Please follow the procedure below. This video will show how to scan to your mobile device via direct connection.

[Procedure]

1. Configure the scanner to the Direct connection mode.
2. Using the Wi-Fi connection on your device, connect it to the scanner directly.
3. Start the ScanSnap app (ScanSnap Home/ScanSnap Connect Application).

[Notes]

For computers

• While the scanner is wirelessly connected to the computer, it can still access to the internet via a wired LAN cable.
• While the scanner is wirelessly connected to the computer, it cannot access to the internet via Wi-Fi.

For mobile devices

• While the scanner is wirelessly connected to the mobile device, it cannot access to the internet.
