You can change how data list is displayed on the main screen of ScanSnap Home and choose from three display methods.

Click the in the upper right corner of the main screen.

On Windows, the becomes active under the following conditions. On Mac, this icon is always active.
Limit by document type
- Under [Document type], select one of the following: [Documents], [Business cards], [Receipts], or [Photos]. For example, [Business cards] are selected.
Then click thein the upper right corner of the main screen.
Clicking a column header (e.g., "Name", "Company") sorts the list in ascending or descending order. Right-clicking a column header lets you select which columns to display.
Limit by keyword
- Select the target folder and document type.
Select one of the target folders.
Then click thenext to [Keyword] and select the document type.
For example, [Business cards] are selected.
