How do I set up “Email Directly” for my ScanSnap?

To send a scanned image directly from the ScanSnap by email without using a computer, follow the steps below:

1. Start ScanSnap Home.
2. Open [Preferences] and go to the [Account] tab.
3. Sign in to your ScanSnap account.
4. Open the Scan Window.
5. Click the [Add Profiles] button to display the [Add new profile] window.
6. Select [Email Directly] from [Cloud services (via ScanSnap Cloud server)] on the template list.
7. Open [Email setting] and enter the following:
   • An e-mail destination (up to 10)
   • An email subject line (up to 255 characters)
8. Click the [Add] button to add the profile.
