Possible causes are as follows:
- The scanned page is blank. For example, the scanning side is set to [Simplex], and a document with a blank back side is loaded incorrectly (front/back reversed).
- The scanned pages are detected as blank and deleted. This could happen when the text on all scanned pages is faint.
Check the proper side of the document is fed into the scanner, clear the [Blank page removal] checkbox, and scan again. [HELP]
Note:
For the iX1300 and iX100, load the document with the front side facing up. For all other models, load the document with the front side facing down.
