You can move profiles in the Edit profiles window. Follow the procedure below.
Note:
If you are using an iX1500 or iX1600, you can move profiles only when the ScanSnap is connected to a computer and ready to scan.

ScanSnap Home for Windows is used in the following screen examples. The same procedure can be used for macOS.
- Start ScanSnap Home

- Click the [Open scan window] button.
- Click the [Edit profiles] button.
- Click the profile icon that you want to move, and then drag and drop it to the left or right.
- Click the [Save] button in the lower-right corner.
