Follow [Preparation] and [Procedures] below to check whether the problem is solved.
[Preparation]
Check that the ScanSnap firmware is up to date. Please refer to the following method to check:

- Start ScanSnap Home on the computer, then click the [Scan] button.
Note: For details, refer to “How can I launch ScanSnap Home?”.
- Click on a profile icon for cloud service integration, then click the "!" mark at the top right of the [Scan] button.
In this example, the "Scan to Cloud" profile is selected.
- On the following instruction window, click the [Yes] button.
- In the Preference window, enter the email address of your ScanSnap account and password, then click the [Sign in] button.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here .
- Check that the "!" mark is not displayed on the computer window.
- Tap the [Scan] button on the touch panel and check that scanning is possible.
