Is another mobile device currently connected to the computer?
If so, the "Scan to Mobile - Basic" dialog box will not display. The following procedures can resolve this issue.
- When the computer is connected to another mobile device:

Terminate the connection between your mobile device and your computer.
Note:The connection cannot be terminated from the computer. -
Close the "Scan to Mobile" dialog box.

Open the "Scan to Mobile - Basic" dialog box.

- When the computer is not connected to a mobile device:

Close the "Scan to Mobile" dialog box.

Open the "Scan to Mobile - Basic" dialog box.
