After reinstalling this application, scanned files may not be displayed in [File List] even if they are saved on the mobile device.
In that case, follow the procedure below to display the scanned files on the app.
*If files have already been deleted from the mobile device, they cannot be displayed in this app.
[Procedure]

Start up ScanSnap Connect Application and tap the menu at the top right of the [File List] screen.

Select [Preferences] in the menu.

Tap [Refresh] in [Preferences].

Go back to the [File list] screen and confirm that the files scanned in the past are displayed.
If you are using a mobile device with Android 11 or later, the files scanned and saved in PDF may not be displayed even after following the procedure above.
In that case, follow the procedure below to import the PDF files into this app.

Start up ScanSnap Connect Application and tap the menu at the top right of the [File List] screen.

Select [Preferences] in the menu.

Tap [Import PDF] in [Preferences] and select a file scanned in the past in the file selection screen that appears.

After importing the PDF files, go back to the [File list] screen and confirm that the files scanned in the past are displayed.
