This message appears when the scanner device does not receive any reply from the access point and timeout occurs. This may occur when there is a delay reply from the RADIUS server.
To solve this problem, try reconnecting again after a while. If the problem persists, make sure the user information on the RADIUS server is correct.
[Example] In the case of Windows Server 2008 R2 NPS (Network Policy Server):
If the authentication failed because of wrong user information, this server will discard the data and will not reply to the wireless access point. As a result, the phenomenon may occur.
Examples of RADIUS server limitation:

The user ID or password that contains "\".
