What file formats can be saved using ScanSnap Home?

You can save scanned images as PDF or JPEG files.

• ScanSnap cannot save files in TIFF format directly. To create TIFF files, convert files created with ScanSnap by using PDF editing software or image editing software.
• When [JPEG (*.jpg)] is selected, one file is created for each page. Multiple pages cannot be saved as a single file.

[How to save images as JPEG files]

1. Start ScanSnap Home.
   For details, see How can I start ScanSnap Home?.
    
2. Click the [Open scan window] button.
   
    
3. Click the [Edit profiles] button.
    
    
4. Select the profile whose settings you want to change, and then select a setting under "File format."
   In this example, select the [Scan to Folder] profile.
