It may happens for one of the following reasons:
- The table or desk where ScanSnap is placed has moved or the documents are being moved during scanning may cause the distort/stretched image or blur color.
- If a document is curled, the scanned image may be distorted. Flatten it out before scanning.
- If the ScanSnap is not placed on a flat surface, scanned image may be distorted. Make sure the work surface is flat or there are no objects under the ScanSnap or documents.
- Check the lamp or lens, and clean it if there is dirt.
