After U-turn Scan, the stacker does not return to the original place automatically, and I cannot close the ADF paper chute (cover).

You can press and hold the Scan button for approx. 3 seconds to return the stacker to the original place.
Note: Requires firmware 0E00 or later.

[Conditions]

• No paper is loaded in the paper feed cover (document stand) of the ScanSnap.
• And just after the ScanSnap is turned on or when the scan button is pressed and held (for about 3 seconds) immediately after the last paper is scanned.
  

If the stacker frequently does not return to the original place automatically, please apply firmware update 0E00 or later. Firmware can be applied with ScanSnap Home.

For more stable performance, you can pull out the top end of the extension fully before scanning.
