Carefully clean the inside of the unit and try scanning again.
When purchasing cleaning products such as Cleaner F1 or Cleaning Wipe, please contact your local subsidiary.
Also, check the scanner's placement location.
Place it on a hard, stable surface such as a desk and see if the issue improves. Placing it on soft surfaces or under pressure from below may cause lines to appear in the scanned image.
