Scanning may stop if the PC moves to the power management state, such as stand-by (suspend), dormant state (hibernation), or sleep state. In this case, set the low power mode to OFF and try scanning again. In addition, the scanner may not be recognized and the scanning operation is disabled when the scanner recovers from the power management state, or when the user is logs off or switched. In such a case, turn the ScanSnap OFF and ON and try scanning again.
