Installation of Microsoft Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7 is blocked with the "Blocking Issues" message while installing ScanSnap Home.

Perform Windows Update to update your system to the latest version, and then install ScanSnap Home again.

If the message still appears, click "blocked Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7 installations" in the message to install Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7 again.
