Attention: Changing the [Display of profiles] setting resets the profile information stored on the ScanSnap unit. The profile that you are using may not appear, or it may look as if it was deleted. However, when you reconnect the ScanSnap to the computer, the profiles stored in ScanSnap Home on that computer appear again in the profile list on the touch panel. Profile information is stored in ScanSnap Home on each computer. If you use ScanSnap Cloud on the reconnected computer, you need to enter the password for your ScanSnap account in ScanSnap Home. Restart the computer if the profiles do not appear. |

Selected User

If the ScanSnap has been connected to two or more computers before, a user icon appears in the upper left of the Home screen on the touch panel. Tap the user icon to open the [Selecting a User] screen and then switch the user whose profiles are displayed.
-

Displays all profiles created on the computers that have previously been connected to the ScanSnap in the profile list on the touch panel and in the scan window.
Any user can use the ScanSnap without switching users.Note:Up to 30 profiles can be displayed in the profile list on the touch panel and in the Scan window of ScanSnap Home.
