On mobile routers or public Wi-Fi networks (such as wireless access points available at airports or hotels), AP isolation is usually enabled to prevent wireless clients on the same network from communicating with each other.
This may be the reason why you cannot connect your ScanSnap to your computer or mobile device via the access point.
If you are using a mobile router with AP isolation enabled, try the following solution:
Disable AP isolation in the mobile router settings.
Note: For information about your mobile router and how to change its settings, refer to the router’s manual or contact the manufacturer. - If you cannot disable AP isolation, use Direct Connect Mode.
