Please try the following steps to change the save destination and confirm if scanned images can be saved to Dropbox.
The following example shows the procedure on Windows. The same procedure is applicable on macOS.
[Steps]
- Launch ScanSnap Home on the computer to display the main window of ScanSnap Home.
Note: For details, refer to How can I launch ScanSnap Home?
- Click the [Scan] button on the main window to display the Scan Window.
- Click the [Edit profiles] button on the Scan Window to display the [Edit profiles] window.
- Select the profile where [Cloud Service] is set to Dropbox, and click the [Browse] button for [Save to].
In this example, the [Scan to Cloud] profile is selected.
- Select a folder for the save destination and click the [OK] button.
In this example, the [Test] folder is selected.
- If Dropbox is selected for [Cloud Service] in other tabs for document types of [Business Cards], [Receipts] and [Photos], select a save destination for each.
In this example, the [Test] folder is selected.
- Confirm [Save to] is set to the selected save destination, and click the [Save] button to close the [Edit profiles] window.
- When the profile is saved, scan a document to confirm the scanned image is saved successfully to Dropbox.
