When Wi-Fi connection is not available, the touch panel shows the status below.
In that case, please follow the steps below.
[Attention]
If you are using "WPA3" as the security protocol for the network name (SSID) on the wireless router side, iX1600/iX1500 cannot be connected. Connect iX1600/iX1500 to the wireless access point using "WPA2" as the security protocol.
[Preparation]
Update the firmware of your ScanSnap to the latest version.

Please refer to the following steps 1 to 4 to check whether your ScanSnap can connect to the SSID of your wireless router via Wi-Fi
- Ensure that the correct security key to the SSID is used
- Initialize ScanSnap and configure the Wi-Fi settings again
- Restart the wireless router
- Check the wireless router settings

Ensure that the correct security key to the SSID is used
Configure the Wi-Fi settings on the touch panel of ScanSnap.
If the following window appears after setting, it may be due to incorrect security key.
[ScanSnap touch panel screen]Check the security key to the SSID that you want to connect to.
Note: The security key may be described as an "encryption key" or a "Wi-Fi password" depending on the wireless router used.Enter the security key again from the following screen and confirm that your ScanSnap can connect to Wi-Fi.
If Wi-Fi connection still fails, connection by the WPS function is recommended.

Initialize ScanSnap and configure the Wi-Fi settings again.
The error may be due to the ScanSnap device that is temporarily malfunctioning.

Restart the wireless router
The error may be due to the wireless router in which some of the functions stop responding.
Try restarting the wireless router.

Check the wireless router settings
The error may be due to the settings of the wireless router.-
Is the number of devices connected to the wireless router exceeding the maximum number of devices that can be connected?
If the limit is exceeded, disconnect other devices connected to the same network, and then configure the Wi-Fi settings for ScanSnap again.
Note: The number of devices that can be connected depends on the wireless router. For the maximum number of connected terminals for your wireless router, refer to the manual of your wireless router or contact the manufacturer. -
Have you enabled stealth mode on your wireless router?
Disable stealth mode and try to connect ScanSnap again.

Have you configured MAC address filtering on your wireless router?
If configured, register the MAC address of your ScanSnap.
