ScanSnap Home does not support Outlook (new). No scanned image will be attached to a message when using the new Outlook.
Please scan your document using the following [procedure] and manually attach the scanned data saved on your computer to Outlook.

- Start "ScanSnap Home"

Note: Please see this page for how to start up. - Click the [Scan] button.
- Click "Scan to Folder" and scan your document.
- Click the Browse button on the Scan to Folder screen that appears after scanning and select any folder, such as the desktop.
- Click the Save button on the Scan to Folder screen.
- Please attach the saved file to an e-mail such as Outlook.
