If the network is disconnected while downloading firmware data, the download will not complete successfully and the firmware cannot be updated.
Please check your network environment and update the firmware again according to the following procedure.
[Prerequisites]
- Make sure that the computer is connected to the network.
- Close the ScanSnap ADF paper chute (cover) to turn off the power, and disconnect all cables. Then reconnect the cables, open the ADF paper chute (cover) to turn on the power.
