In ScanSnap Home 3.X and later, the Quick Menu items Save Documents, Business Cards, Receipts and Photo Album have been integrated into “ScanSnap Home.”
Select [ScanSnap Home] from the Quick Menu, or add the Save Documents, Business Cards, Receipts or Photo Album profiles separately by following the procedure below, and then scan.

Note: The instructions are shown on the window when connected to iX2500, but the procedure is the same for other models.
- Start “ScanSnap Home”.
Please see this page for how to start the application.
- Click the [Open scan window] button.
- Click the “Add profiles” button.
- Select a profile from the templates on the left and click the [Add] button.
Note: The "Save documents" profile is used as an example.
- Select the added profile and perform a scan.
