To change the cloud service account displayed when scanning via the Quick Menu, you must first clear the currently registered account information.
Follow the procedure below.
Note: The screenshots show a Windows environment, but similar screens are displayed on macOS, so the procedure is the same.
[Procedure]
1. Start "ScanSnap Home" .
Note: For details on how to start ScanSnap Home, see How can I start ScanSnap Home?
2. Click the [Open scan window] button.
3. Select [Quick Menu] and click the [Scan] button to scan a document.
4. Select [Settings].
5. Click the [Clear registration information] button.
Note: The [Clear registration information] button does not appear if you are signed in to your ScanSnap account or if your computer's region is set to a country not supported by ScanSnap Cloud.
6. Click the [OK] button.
7. Click the [Close] button.
8. Select the cloud service that you want to send your scans to.
9. Sign in with the account that you want to use.
Note: If the sign-in screen does not appear, open the cloud service website in your web browser, sign out, and then try the steps above again.
