If the version of ScanSnap Home is earlier than 3.5.0, follow the instructions below to update ScanSnap Home.
If the version of ScanSnap Home is 3.5.0 or later, your ScanSnap may be disconnected from the computer. In that case, connect the ScanSnap and the computer. [HELP]
[How to update ScanSnap Home]
- Close all ScanSnap Home windows.
- Click the [Start] button, and then click [All] - [ScanSnap Online Update] - [Online Update].
- The update check starts. Follow the instructions on the screen to update ScanSnap Home.
- After the update is complete, start ScanSnap Home and check that the version is Version 3.5.0 or later.
