The following issues have been detected in the macOS Golden Gate beta version:
- After scanning, the image processing screen remains displayed and no scanned image is output.
- The [ScanSnap Home - View Cropped Images] screen or the [ScanSnap Home - Book Image Viewer] screen does not open when the [Check/Correct] button on the [ScanSnap Home - Scanning Images and Saving Files] screen is clicked after scanning with the SV600.
To address these issues, an update of ScanSnap Home is planned.
Until the release of the update, please use the temporary workaround described below.

Please download and use ScanSnap Home 4.0.1 (Beta Version) from the link below.

Permanent Resolution
Please update to ScanSnap Home 4.1.0.
The release of the update is scheduled for early October 2026.

- Preview or beta versions of operating systems are not supported.
- ScanSnap Home 4.0.1 Beta Version is available as a temporary workaround for users of macOS 27 Beta or RC. Please be advised that no support is provided for, and no inquiries will be answered regarding, the beta version.
- Once ScanSnap Home 4.1.0 is released, please update to that version as soon as possible.
