ScanSnap Home stays on the "Image Processing" Screen or the Book Image Correction Screen does not open (macOS Golden Gate 27 / Tahoe 26.7 / Sequoia 15.8)

The following issues have been detected in macOS.

Symptoms

<Occurs in macOS Golden Gate 27, Tahoe 26.7 and Sequoia 15.8 environments>

• After scanning, the image processing screen remains displayed and no scanned image is output.

<Occurs only in macOS Golden Gate 27 environments>

• The [ScanSnap Home - View Cropped Images] screen or the [ScanSnap Home - Book Image Viewer] screen does not open when the [Check/Correct] button on the [ScanSnap Home - Scanning Images and Saving Files] screen is clicked after scanning with the SV600.

Resolution

These issues have been resolved by ScanSnap Home 4.1.0.
Please update to ScanSnap Home 4.1.0 or later.
