The following issues have been detected in macOS Tahoe 26.7 and macOS 27 Golden Gate.
Symptoms
<Occurs in macOS Tahoe 26.7 and macOS Golden Gate 27 environments>
- After scanning, the image processing screen remains displayed and no scanned image is output.
<Occurs only in macOS Golden Gate 27 environments>
- The [ScanSnap Home - View Cropped Images] screen or the [ScanSnap Home - Book Image Viewer] screen does not open when the [Check/Correct] button on the [ScanSnap Home - Scanning Images and Saving Files] screen is clicked after scanning with the SV600.
Temporary Workaround
Until the official update becomes available, please download and use ScanSnap Home 4.0.1 (Beta Version) from the link below.

Permanent Resolution
This issue will be resolved in ScanSnap Home 4.1.0, which is scheduled for release at the end of September.
After the release, please update to ScanSnap Home 4.1.0 as soon as possible.

- Beta and RC versions of macOS are not supported and are not covered by the warranty.
- ScanSnap Home 4.0.1 Beta Version is available as a temporary workaround for users of macOS Tahoe 26.7 or macOS 27 Golden Gate. Please be advised that no support is provided for, and no inquiries will be answered regarding, the beta version.
