How can I solve the "Failed to upload the data to the cloud service" error?
Due to a specification change on the OneDrive side, some users were unable to upload data from the ScanSnap Cloud server to OneDrive. This issue has been corrected on the ScanSnap Cloud server side since July 9, 2024.
Note: ScanSnap Cloud keeps the scanned data for two weeks. After that, you cannot resend or download the scanned data from ScanSnap Cloud. In that case, please scan the document again.
