  • When scanning with Xero as the save destination of ScanSnap Cloud, the following release error occurs. (B11Fg098)
  • "Failed to access ScanSnap Cloud." is displayed on the touch screen of iX1600/iX1500.
  • A message with error code B11Cg187 appears when I try to save scanned data to Google Photos™ using ScanSnap Cloud.
